DPFC Devenger Place Family Center consists of officers elected by the community and manages pool membership income to provide:

  • Community events and socials
  • Devenger Place Newsletter
  • Devenger Place website
  • Pool operation and membership
  • Utilities for Family Center property
  • Insurance for Family Center property
  • Taxes for Family Center property

Devenger Place Special Tax District

The tax district provides funds for neighborhood improvement as well as working with DPFC board to ensure desirable neighborhood. They are committed to serving our community with integrity and expertise, ensuring responsible fiscal management. Likewise they are accountable to uphold neighborhood improvements that are not under county maintenance. 

  • Security (law enforcement and streetlights)
  • Maintenance of Entryways
