Established in 1973, Devenger Place is an Eastside neighborhood of 563 homes. It is located near Pelham and Hudson Roads in Greer, with easy access to schools, a library branch, restaurants and a variety of churches. It is accessible from Devenger, Brigham or Phillips roads. At the heart of Devenger Place is a Family Center including a pool, wooded playground and basketball and tennis courts. The pool is home to the Devenger Dolphin swim team.
