Devenger Place Family Center Improvements
The Family Center property is in need of several improvements in order to keep our facilities operational.  These include replacing the Community building, repaving the parking lot, and resurfacing the basketball and tennis courts.  All Devenger Place homeowners and members are asked to contribute to the Capital Campaign to protect our property values, and maintain a safe commons area for our neighborhood.  For additional information click on one of these links:

Status Updates:
The Capital Campaign was started in April of 2009 with a goal to raise
$150,000 to rebuild the current clubhouse as a first priority.  Contribution updates are posted monthly to

Improvements Updates:
In May of 2010 the current funds will be evaluated, and new building plans will be drawn to fit the available funds.  At this time we do not expect to have the funds needed to build an enclosed clubhouse, but will build a new pool house, storage and picnic area.  New building plans will be published as soon as they are finalized.  The current clubhouse will be demolished in September of 2010.  This will be funded by the Devenger Place Special Tax District.  Construction will start in the Fall of 2010 following demolition.
