Swimmers at all age and ability levels can benefit greatly from the individualized instruction that private swim lessons provide. Private lessons are appropriate for novice swimmers learning basic techniques, swimmers who need to learn one or more of the off-strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke), swimmers who need to work on critical problem areas like breathing or stroke mechanics, experienced swimmers who need to polish specific skills like starts and turns, and so on.

The Devenger coaches have constructed a roster of experienced, enthusiastic team members who are available for delivering private lessons. They are all at least 13 years old and have swum competitively for several years under multiple coaches. The group carries the endoresement of the Devenger coaching staff. This means that we will be available to both teachers and parents for consultation about lessons throughout the summer.
