Ad Policy Devenger Website Classified
This site provides classified ads for Devenger Place Residents. Use Classified Ads to list items, services, or items for sale. This format does not enable buyers and sellers to transact online through DevengerPlace.org nor is DevengerPlace.org Feedback available.

Classified Ads have the following features:
• List your asking price or service. Small logos can be submitted
• List a phone number or contact information
• List your item or service for 1 month or until sold, which ever comes first.
• Revise item-specific information at any time while the ad is active free.

Fees
Fees vary depending on the listing duration.

• 1 month 10.00
• 3 months 25.00
• 6 months 50.00
• 12 months 95.00

Teens 18 and under requesting temporary or summer work, or residents looking for help around the neighborhood may list free. This would include babysitting, yard work and pet sitting ads.

Rules
Submit your classified ad on the form below. Ads will only be accepted through this form. Please do not send email requests to the websteward. Your ad will be approved or denied upon receipt of the form. Once it is approved, you will receive an invoice for the length of time requested. After you receive approval send a copy of the invoice and your payment to:

You may mail it or drop it off at the convenient lock box at the above address.

The websteward and the Devenger Place Board reserve the right to accept or deny approval based on content. Objectionable content will be denied. The Devenger Place Board has the final authority on what is considered objectionable.

Sharing the buyer's information with third parties as well as use of the buyer's information for any purpose other than communicating with the buyer about the item, unless expressly permitted to do so by the buyer is prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy can result in the seller's ad being suspended without refund.
